It could clean the surplus fodder automatically, solve the farm owner's concern.
The first model is integrated of collecting leftover fodder, cleaning, recycling, mixing, spreading functions in one truck. The surplus feed will be collected in the mixer drum, and then it will be mixed with new feed. The truck also could be one feed spreader truck after the feed mixing.
Another model without mixing function. But it has dumping function. The driver will dump the collected leftover fodder to the mixer stationary.
Operation is simple, the operation personnel according to the thickness of the leftover fodder to control speed, stepless variable speed is more convenient, the trunk dump, greatly reduce the labor, human contribute to production management, improve the production efficiency, reduce labor intensity, easy to use, safe, low cost, can be a lot of application, suitable for large-scale dairy farm.
1. Description and function of farm leftover fodder collection truck
1) The leftover fodder collection vehicle is mainly used for collecting all kinds of surplus feed on the feeding channel in the pasture.
2) Automatic hydraulic control system, the front auger can collect the remaining feed to the truck body.
3) Double high and low speed hydraulic torque converter is adopted for walking mode.
4) The main body adopts NM400 wear-resisting plate, which increases the robustness and corrosion resistance of the equipment. CNC cutting is adopted to ensure the uniformity and standard of the components.
5) The driving mode adopts front drive and rear steering.
6) One vehicle multi-purpose, in the collection of residual materials can be directly mixed, scattered.
